Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
